In order to achieve successful, lasting, change it is necessary to engage an organization in that change. That first, requires developing a thorough analysis of the current organization’s: culture, experience with change, and understanding of the need to change. That analysis will aid in the building of a change strategy and plans for coaching, training, communications, team membership and sponsorship. There is no one approach that works everywhere. That is why the method must focus first on the unique culture of the client and then be custom fitted with an approach that engages the people who are impacted, guides those who must lead and communicates in an open and transparent fashion.
